Working time

Partner with Product Owners (PO) and Product teams to analyze user needs, identify user journeys, and pinpoint pain points to propose optimal experience-driven design solutions.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for Web and Mobile applications to communicate ideas clearly and intuitively.
Build and maintain the Design System; ensure all UI/UX elements follow design standards and maintain consistency across products.
Conduct UX research, usability testing, and user surveys to support data-driven design decisions.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure the product delivers the best possible user experience.
Monitor and stay updated on the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and user behaviors, and apply them effectively to product development.

Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile design.
Experience working in product-led companies or directly involved in the development of digital products (mobile/web).
Logical thinking with the ability to provide critical feedback and analyze requirements from a user-centric perspective.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (required), Adobe XD, Illustrator, or equivalent.
Proven experience in building and managing Design Systems.
Preferred: Experience in UX Research (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, user behavior analysis, etc.).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to stakeholders including Engineers, Product Owners, and Marketing teams.
Team management and leadership experience, including leading teams of at least 2 members.
Proactive and growth-oriented mindset with a strong passion for product development and continuous improvement of user experience.
