1.1 Welcome to the DriverPlus website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated and managed by Aggregatori Capaci Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as “AC”, “DriverPlus”, or “We”).

1.2 The DriverPlus Website is the official information channel of We, intended for the following purposes:

Introducing DriverPlus’s product ecosystem, services, and operating model;
Providing information regarding connection solutions between drivers/car owners and garages, repair shops, towing units, and related service providers;
Assisting Users in accessing consultancy content, contact information, and necessary utilities within the Website’s functional scope at any given time.

1.3 The Website may be developed, expanded, or integrated with additional features in the future to enhance User experience, in accordance with operational orientations and current legal regulations.

2.4. DriverPlus reserves the right to change, update, adjust, or temporarily suspend any content or function on the Website without prior notice, in order to ensure compatibility with business operations and legal regulations.

2.5. Users are recommended to check and verify information through official channels and directly contact DriverPlus in case consultancy, confirmation, or support is required regarding the content introduced on the Website.

3.1. All content displayed on the DriverPlus Website, including but not limited to: domain names, brands, logos, trademarks, interface designs, layouts, images, videos, audio, documents, articles, data, source code, and other contents (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Content”), are the legal property of We or are legally used by We under agreements with the respective rights holders.
