PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction to DriverPlus Website

a. Welcome to the Privacy Policy of the DriverPlus website, operated by Car Doctor Vietnam Joint Stock Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as “DriverPlus”, “CarDoctor”, or “We”). The DriverPlus Website is the official information channel intended to introduce the product ecosystem, services, and operating model of the DriverPlus E-commerce Marketplace, developed to support drivers/car owners in connecting with Garages and providers of repair, maintenance, rescue, and other related services.

b. CarDoctor seriously fulfills its responsibilities regarding information security in accordance with the regulations of Vietnamese law on personal data protection, while committing to respecting privacy and protecting the personal data of all Users when accessing, seeking information, and using the functions provided on the DriverPlus website.

c. During the process of accessing and using the DriverPlus website, Users may agree to provide or create certain information and data necessary for the purposes prescribed in this Policy, including but not limited to: contacting for consultancy, registering to receive information, supporting experience, and connecting Users with the DriverPlus Platform/E-commerce Marketplace. We understand that the personal data you trustfully provide is extremely important and commit to processing this data in an appropriate, safe manner and in compliance with legal regulations.

d. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is established to help Users clearly understand how We collect, use, store, share, and protect the personal data that you have provided, created, or that is being stored by Us at the present time and/or in the future during the process of accessing the DriverPlus website and using related services.

2. General Provisions

a. Definitions

In this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall be understood as follows:

  • “DriverPlus Website” is the electronic information page operated by Car Doctor Vietnam Joint Stock Company to introduce the product ecosystem, services, and operating model of the DriverPlus E-commerce Marketplace, while supporting Users in accessing related services. For clarity, this website is independent and separate from the DriverPlus E-commerce Marketplace.
  • “DriverPlus Platform” or “DriverPlus E-commerce Marketplace” (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “Marketplace”) is the technological system developed and operated by CarDoctor, including websites, applications, or other forms of deployment from time to time, for the purpose of connecting Users with Service Providers in the fields of repair, maintenance, rescue, and other automobile-related services.
  • “Services” is a general term for services provided or supported by DriverPlus through the DriverPlus Platform, including but not limited to booking connection services, consultancy, customer support, and other related utilities.
  • “Personal Data” is data or information in the form of symbols, scripts, numbers, images, sounds, or similar forms associated with a specific individual or helping to identify a specific individual, as described in Article 3 of this Policy.
  • “Personal Data Processing” refers to one or more activities affecting Personal Data, including but not limited to: collection, recording, analysis, confirmation, storage, modification, publicizing, disclosure, combination, access, retrieval, encryption, decryption, copying, sharing, transmission, provision, transfer, deletion, destruction of personal data, or other related actions in accordance with legal regulations.
  • “User” refers to an individual or organization accessing the DriverPlus Website and/or registering to use the DriverPlus Platform, including Providers, Partners, and Customers. Users may hereinafter be collectively referred to as “you”.
  • “Customer” refers to an individual/organization (driver/car owner/user) with the need to seek information, book, or use repair, maintenance, rescue, or related services connected through DriverPlus.
  • “Provider” refers to garages, repair shops, rescue units, or organizations/individuals providing automobile-related services and products connected or introduced through the DriverPlus Platform.
  • “Partner” refers to entities involved in the operation and support of DriverPlus’s activities to ensure the connection, establishment, and execution of bookings between Customers and Providers, including but not limited to: payment intermediaries, logistics units, technology units, data storage service providers, and other units approved by CarDoctor.
  • “Third Party” is an organization/individual not belonging to DriverPlus but who may participate in the data processing process within the permitted scope, under agreements, and/or in accordance with legal regulations.

b. General Regulations

  • -The content of this Privacy Policy and its updates apply to all Users when accessing the DriverPlus Website and/or using the DriverPlus Platform.
  • -Within the scope of the DriverPlus Website, CarDoctor may collect and process certain basic personal data of Users (e.g., contact information, access data, cookies, etc.) for the purpose of service introduction, consultancy support, and connecting Users with the DriverPlus Platform.
  • -Personal Data is stored on server systems managed by CarDoctor or by technical service providers selected by CarDoctor, in compliance with legal regulations. We commit to applying appropriate measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
  • -By accessing the DriverPlus Website and/or registering an account and ticking “agree” to this Privacy Policy at the required time, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in the Policy.
  • -The User agrees that in certain cases, the DriverPlus Website and/or Platform may be linked or integrated with the systems of Partners or third parties. In such cases, the User may simultaneously be subject to the separate privacy policies of the relevant parties.
  • -We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be notified through the DriverPlus Website/Platform. Users are responsible for regularly checking to understand the updates before continuing to use the services.
  • -The User agrees to provide complete, accurate, and updated information. CarDoctor reserves the right to request necessary documents or verification measures to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
  • -In the event that the User does not agree with any terms of this Policy, please stop accessing the DriverPlus Website and/or stop using the DriverPlus Platform, or contact Us for support.
  • -If the User stops using the Website and/or Platform, or the account is terminated, We may continue to store, use, and/or disclose Personal Data in accordance with this Policy and applicable legal obligations. Where permitted by law, We will securely destroy or anonymize the data.
  • -We reserve the right to refuse to delete or destroy data in cases where the User’s request is inconsistent with legal regulations or falls under cases where data must be retained due to mandatory obligations.
  • -Other rights and obligations of the Data Subject, Data Controller, Personal Data Processor, Personal Data Controller and Processor, and Third Parties are detailed in the subsequent articles of this Policy.

3. Entities Authorized to Process Personal Data

a.Personal Data Controller and Processor: Car Doctor Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

b. Personal Data Processor: Providers and Partners authorized by CarDoctor to use a portion of Personal Data within the scope of their purposes and functions to facilitate User transactions and ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations.

c.Other organizations and individuals entitled to process Personal Data in accordance with relevant legal regulations.

4. Timing of Collection and Types of Personal Data Processed

a. Types of Personal Data processed include: Basic Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data as prescribed by the law on Personal Data Protection, including but not limited to the following:

  • – Information used for identification, related to description, or linked/reasonably linkable to you (including biometric data).
  • Personal Data collected when the User voluntarily provides consent.
  • – Personal Data including full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, contact information, phone number, mailing address, email address, etc.
  • – Personal Data generated during participation on this Website and/or Platform, including but not limited to images, videos, and communication content between Users before, during, and after using the Services.
  • – Payment data, including bank card information, credit cards, bank accounts, payment accounts, payment history, paid transactions, goods, and services paid for, etc.
  • – Data from User feedback, survey results, marketing information received from us and User interests, conversations, emails, and voice call history between Users on this Website and/or Platform or with any other party (if any).
  • – Data regarding people, accounts, topics, and content that the User connects with, as well as how the User interacts, uses, and operates on our Website and/or Platform or other applications linked to this Website and/or Platform.
  • – Data provided by others about the User, such as content, contact information, and information provided by others when using our Website and/or Platform. This may include information such as others sharing photos featuring the User or the User’s contact information.
  • – Location data collected as provided by the User or from the User’s device when accessing and using our platform, such as GPS location.
  • – Data collected from the User’s device and applications linked to this Website and/or Platform used during activities on the Website/Platform; data from the User’s personal account or information on the User’s device if the User chooses to upload, sync, or import such information. We collect information from computers, phones, and other connected devices that the User uses to integrate with our Website and/or Platform.
  • – Device attributes: information such as operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage capacity, plugins, browser type, as well as names and types of files and applications.
  • – Device operations: Information about activities and behaviors performed on the device, such as whether a window is in the foreground or background, or mouse movements.
  • – Data from device settings: Information the User allows us to collect when enabling data synchronization on the device, such as address books, contacts, call logs, SMS logs, photos, videos, etc.
  • Cookie Data: Cookies are small text files (usually consisting of letters and numbers) placed in the memory of the User’s browser or device when accessing a website or viewing a message. Cookies allow us to recognize a specific device or browser. Cookies cannot read information on the User’s hard drive or cookie information sent by other websites. Cookies are harmless to the User’s system. Users may refuse or agree to all incoming cookies.
  • – Network and connections: information such as the name of the mobile carrier or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, and information automatically generated during use such as IP address, cookies, website login details, etc.
  • – Other information provided, transferred, generated, sent to, or reflected relating to the User, whether directly or indirectly, during the use of or interaction with this Website and/or Platform, or with other Users or our Partners.

The cases above are not intended to be an exhaustive list and merely provide common instances of the types of Personal Data that may be collected.

. We will or may collect User Personal Data when the User accesses, registers, and/or uses our Services; when the User interacts with this Website and/or Platform, other Users, or Partners approved by us to participate on this Website and/or Platform.

c. We may collect your information from you, affiliates, third parties, and other sources, including but not limited to business partners (e.g., shipping or payment service providers), credit rating agencies, advertising and referral partners, loyalty programs, other Users of our Services, or publicly available data sources and governmental data sources.

d. In some cases, you may provide us with the personal data of other individuals (e.g., family members, friends, or people in your contact list). If you provide us with their personal data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their consent to process their personal data in accordance with this Policy.

5. Purposes and Methods of Personal Data Processing

a. The User agrees to allow Us to use the Personal Data specified in Article 4 above for the following purposes:

  • – Provision of Appropriate Services: We use Personal Data to personalize the Services provided, helping to connect you with the most suitable Users for your Service needs at the most reasonable price and time; to enforce the Terms of Service/E-commerce Marketplace Operating Regulations or any other agreements between the parties.
  • – Supporting Users in Establishing, Executing, and Terminating Transactions: To review and/or process your applications/transactions with Us or your transactions or correspondence with other Users and third parties; to manage, operate, provide, and/or administer your use of and/or access to our Services, Website, and/or Platform; to respond to, process, resolve, or complete a transaction and/or meet User requests for certain products and services.
  • – Financial or Credit Services from Partners: To assess and make decisions regarding your credit profile, risks, and eligibility for loans, deferred payments, or credit products (if any); to provide information within the necessary scope for you to register for Partners’ services through online connections.
  • – Logistics Services: To enable logistics service Partners to assist and serve in executing transactions for the delivery of goods from Providers to Customers or vice versa; to perform the collection and disbursement of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, shipping fees, collection fees, and other service fees if any; to resolve disputes and complaints regarding services; and other activities related to logistics.
  • – Other Transaction Support Services: To enable other transaction support service Partners to participate in serving transactions between Providers and Customers, from the stages before, during, and after the completion of the transaction; to serve part or all of the process of selling goods or providing services, from displaying and introducing goods/services to concluding contracts, providing services, payment, and after-sales services.
  • – Enhancing Service Quality: We use Personal Data reflecting service quality and your demand orientation to develop, modify, and upgrade the Services on the Website and/or Platform.
  • – Understanding User Experience and Improving Applications: We use Personal Data to better understand User experience on the Website and/or Platform, to improve and enhance the quality of the Website and/or Platform, and to capture User interest trends to gain a more complete insight into needs, service interest levels, and preferences, thereby allowing Us to approach Users more closely to improve service quality and upgrade the application for the most convenient user experience.
  • – Customer Care: Using Personal Data to help resolve any issues Users encounter during the use of the Website and/or Platform. We may use email or phone numbers to notify Users about products, services, application updates, and new information related to issues of interest to the User.
  • – Marketing and Advertising: To extract additional characteristics related to Users based on Personal Data provided (to us or third parties); to provide Users with relevant information, products, and services (provided by us/Providers/Third Parties), and/or provide programs and offers for Users and Partners, as well as media and advertising campaigns sent to you through various communication means and methods, and marketing and promotional materials related to products and/or services (including, but not limited to, third-party products and/or services that We may cooperate or link with) that We (and/or affiliates or related companies) may sell, market, or promote, whether those products or services exist now or are created in the future.
  • – Measurement, Analysis, and Other Business Services: We use Personal Data regarding how you use our Website and/or Platform, such as the type of content Users view or interact with, the features you use, the actions you take, the people or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency, and duration of Customer activities to provide specific metrics on satisfaction levels, service feedback, and interest trends.
  • – Increasing Safety, Security, and Integrity: We use the information we have to verify accounts and prevent harmful behavior, detect and prevent spam, impersonation, as well as other negative experiences, maintain the integrity of the Website and/or Platform, and enhance safety and security both on and off the Website and/or Platform. For example, we use the data we have to investigate suspicious activities/violations of our policies or terms, or to detect when someone needs help.
  • – Communicating with Users: We use the information we have to send Users marketing information and notify Users of information related to the Services and our Website and/or Platform. We also use User information to respond when Users contact us; to allow other Users to interact or communicate with you or see some of your activities on the Website and/or Platform, including notifying you when another user has sent you a private message or posted a comment about you on the Website and/or Platform, or in connection with your use of features on the Website and/or Platform.
  • – Legal and Operational: (i) to identify Users for fraud detection purposes; (ii) to process complaints and feedback, apply sanctions and remedial solutions related to any content the User has participated in on the Website and/or Platform; (iii) for statistics and research for internal reporting and reporting as required by law and/or record-keeping requirements; to comply with requests from any competent regulatory authority; (iv) to protect the safety of Users or others, ensure the rights and obligations of subjects, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Any other purpose that we notify the User of at the time of seeking the User’s permission.

b. Methods of Personal Data Processing:

  • – Collection Method: As prescribed in Article 4 of this Privacy Policy.
  • Storage Method: Personal data is stored on CarDoctor’s servers and within CarDoctor’s Customer database systems, or anywhere that we or our branches, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or service providers have facilities and create backup storage for the data center in another region.
  • – Data Transfer/Sharing Method: We will use necessary security measures to ensure that the transfer/sharing of User Personal Data ensures information safety, prevents data leakage, and requires the recipients of Personal Data to have data security measures in place.
  • – Analysis Method: The analysis of Personal Data is conducted according to CarDoctor’s internal procedures. We always have a strict monitoring mechanism for each data analysis process, which requires checking compliance with legal requirements on data privacy and ensuring information safety for the information technology system before proceeding with the analysis. We also have strict rules ensuring that personal information is anonymized or de-identified at an appropriate stage during processing.
  • – Encryption Method: Collected Personal Data is encrypted according to appropriate encryption standards when necessary during storage or data transfer to ensure that the data is protected, authenticated, integral, and cannot be altered after being sent.
  • – Access, Modification, Deletion, and Destruction of Personal Data: As prescribed in this Privacy Policy.

6. Duration of Personal Data Security and Processing

a. Data is secured from the commencement of registration for use or access to the Website and/or Platform. We will implement various security measures and endeavor to ensure the safety of Personal Data.

b. Personal Data is processed from the time We receive the Personal Data provided or created by the User, provided that We have a suitable legal basis to process the data in accordance with legal regulations.

c. The processing continues until the User requests the deletion or destruction of Personal Data in accordance with the law on Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations, or when We have reasonable grounds to determine that the storage of such personal data no longer serves the purpose for which it was collected.

7. Data Concerning Children and Minors

a. In all cases, Users shall ensure they are at least 18 years of age when providing and using any of our Services. Users guarantee not to allow any person under the age of 18 to use their account to perform any activities on the Website and/or Platform.

b. We do not intentionally collect or maintain any Personal Data or non-personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. In the event that a User violates the provisions of point (a) above, resulting in the collection of Personal Data of a person under 18, the User shall bear full responsibility toward the relevant parties. CarDoctor is exempt from all liabilities related to the User’s violation.

c. We reserve the full right to lock accounts, delete Personal Data that violates the provisions of this Article, and apply penalty clauses effective from time to time.

8. Data Security with Third Parties

During the use of the Website and/or Platform, you agree to allow us to share your Personal Data with third parties in the following cases:

a. We may utilize services from a service provider or business partners to perform activities related to the Website and/or Platform, such as repair, maintenance, upgrading, development, or expansion of the Website and/or Platform. We require these third parties to comply with all legal regulations on Personal Data protection.

b. Sharing, using, processing, disclosing, and/or transferring your personal data to third parties, agents, and/or our affiliates or related companies, and/or other third parties who may be located within or outside of Vietnam, for one or more of the aforementioned Purposes. Such disclosure will be conducted in accordance with the procedures and provisions of current law. These third-party service providers, agents, and/or affiliates or related companies and/or other third parties will process your personal data either on our behalf or vice versa, for one or more of the aforementioned Purposes. Such third parties include:

  • -Our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies;
  • -Users with whom you have transacted or interacted on the Website and/or Platform, or in connection with your use of the Services for the Purposes stated above;
  • -Other users of our Website and/or Platform for one or more of the Purposes stated above;
  • -Contractors, agents, service providers, and other third parties we engage to support or supplement our business operations. These parties include, but are not limited to, those providing administrative or other services to us, such as postal companies, telecommunications companies, advertising and media partners, information technology companies, e-commerce entities, and data centers;
  • -Third parties to whom we disclose information for one of the Purposes, and those third parties will, in turn, collect and process your personal data for one or more Purposes.

c. Data sharing with other Users: CarDoctor facilitates communication between Providers and Customers and has the right to share the contact information of a User (e.g., name, phone number, email, etc.) with other Users to: (1) facilitate or notify the resolution of complaints or disputes related to or arising from the interaction between two or more Users of the Website and/or Platform; or (2) facilitate the execution of the Services.

d. Legal requirements: We may disclose Personal Data as required by law or by competent state authorities.

e. Business transfer: In the event that we merge or consolidate all or part of our business with another company, potential investors or investors who have completed the acquisition procedure will have the right to access, process, and use the information stored and maintained by us, including the personal information of Users. We require these third parties to comply with all legal regulations on Personal Data protection.

9. Data Security in Operations

a. CarDoctor applies necessary technological measures to ensure Personal Data security and to prevent unauthorized access to the system.

b. CarDoctor ensures safety in the operating environment: we store User Personal Data in a secure operating environment, only allowing access to CarDoctor employees and representatives who need to know this information to process it within the scope of their work. These individuals are governed by confidentiality obligations under the law and the Contracts between them and CarDoctor.

c. In the event that CarDoctor’s servers are attacked resulting in the disclosure or loss of User Personal Data, we are responsible for coordinating with functional authorities to investigate, resolve, and handle the issue promptly, and to notify the Users.

10. Accessing, Modifying, and Updating User Personal Data

a. Users always have the right to access their personal information during the use of the Website and/or Platform. If information is incorrect or inaccurate, the User may update, change, or delete such information, except for information that we must retain by law or to ensure legitimacy, operation, and the execution of transactions on the Website and/or Platform. When updating personal information, CarDoctor may require the User to verify their identity before we process the request.

b. In case direct modification is not possible due to technical or other reasons, Users please contact Us to request the modification of their Personal Data.

c. We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical efforts, risk the privacy of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., changing phone number information more than 03 times per day).

d. We may provide the right to access and correct information; CarDoctor provides this right free of charge, unless it requires an effort disproportionate to the outcome. If the User’s demand exceeds the scope of the free provision, we may charge a reasonable fee to resolve and process your access request. In this case, we will notify you of the estimated fee before you agree to proceed.

11. Transfer of User Information Abroad

User information and/or Personal Data may be transferred abroad, stored, or processed outside of the User’s country for one or more Purposes. CarDoctor will only transfer User Personal Data abroad when it is consistent with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the legal regulations on Personal Data protection.

12. Withdrawal of Consent, Request for Restriction of Processing, Objection to Processing, Request for Provision of Personal Data, Access, or Adjustment of Information

a. Withdrawal of Consent, Request for Restriction, Objection to Processing: Users may withdraw their consent, request restrictions, or object to the collection, processing, use, and/or disclosure of their Personal Data that CarDoctor is storing or controlling by changing their permissions on personal devices or by sending an email/notification to CarDoctor. We will process these requests in accordance with the Privacy Policy and relevant legal regulations. However, the withdrawal of consent, request for restriction, or objection to processing may mean that we will no longer be able to provide Services to the User, and we may need to terminate the existing relationship and/or contracts that the User has with Us, other Users, or relevant Partners and third parties.

b. Request for Provision of Personal Data:

  • -Users have the right to request CarDoctor to provide their own Personal Data by sending an email or notification to CarDoctor. Users also have the right to request CarDoctor to provide their Personal Data to other organizations or individuals, or vice versa, provided that the User provides valid authorization or other documents proving the data subject’s consent in accordance with the law.
  • -The User’s request is only considered valid and accepted for processing when it contains all necessary information and uses the correct form as prescribed by current law.
  • -CarDoctor may charge a fee to resolve and process the request for provision of Personal Data. If a fee is charged, CarDoctor will provide a written estimate of the fee in advance, depending on each specific case.
  • -If the User’s request is valid under the law and falls within a case where CarDoctor is permitted to provide data, CarDoctor will notify the User through appropriate communication methods regarding the time, location, format of provision, costs (if any), payment method, and deadline. CarDoctor will provide the data in accordance with this notification and other legal procedures.
  • -CarDoctor notes that it is not obliged to respond to or resolve the request unless the User has agreed to pay the fee as specified in the notification.

c. Request for Access or Correction of Personal Data:

  • -If the User has registered an account with CarDoctor, they can personally access and/or correct their Personal Data stored or controlled by CarDoctor through the Account Settings page on the Website and/or Platform. If the User has not registered an account, they may request access and/or correction by sending a written request. CarDoctor will need sufficient information to verify the User’s identity and the nature of the request. Therefore, please send your written request via email or notification to CarDoctor.
  • -CarDoctor may charge a fee for resolving and processing the access request. If a fee is charged, CarDoctor will provide a written estimate in advance. Please note that CarDoctor is not obliged to respond to or resolve the access request unless the User has agreed to pay the fee.

13. Complaint Reception and Resolution Mechanism

a. Regarding any complaints related to the risk of User Personal Data being disclosed, or used for purposes or within a scope other than those We have notified, Users may submit their inquiries or complaints concerning our use of Personal Data through our online chat function or via our officially publicized contact information.

b. Our personnel will acknowledge and review User complaints. Depending on the nature and severity of the User’s inquiry or complaint, We will implement specific measures to address and resolve the User’s concerns accordingly.

14. Data Security, Limitation of Liability, and Potential Unintended Consequences

a. Commitment to Personal Data Protection: We commit to fully performing our obligations under current legal regulations on Personal Data protection. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the safety of personal data collected, stored, processed, and controlled by Us, in accordance with relevant legal documents. However, We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the security of personal information you provide on third-party websites, platforms, pages, or applications beyond our control.

b. Third-Party Services and External Links: To enhance user experience and value, our Website and/or Platform may integrate, link, or connect with websites, applications, and services managed or operated by third parties. These third parties have separate privacy policies and data processing mechanisms independent of Us. Linking does not imply that We control, co-manage, or assume responsibility for the activities, content, privacy policies, or data processing methods of such third parties. Data collected or processed by affiliated partners (including affiliate marketing or commercial partners) through the Website and/or Platform may fall outside our control or storage.

c. Potential Unintended Consequences and Damages:

  • -We apply various security technologies, solutions, and access control measures to protect User Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or sharing. However, We cannot guarantee absolute security in situations including but not limited to: software or hardware failures during processing leading to data loss or leakage; security vulnerabilities beyond our reasonable control, including targeted cyberattacks (e.g., hacker attacks) resulting in information disclosure.
  • -Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI Assistant, Consultancy Assistant): AI tools are programmed based on algorithms and data trained by Us, combined with data provided by Users to provide judgments, comments, advice, and answers. Information provided by AI is for reference only; Users must consider and take full responsibility for their final decisions.
  • -Biometric Data: This is sensitive personal information that cannot be changed once leaked. Collecting and processing this data may pose risks such as identity theft, loss of control over personal information, or unauthorized access/misuse. Despite our strict security measures, absolute safety cannot be guaranteed in all situations.
  • -Authentication Information: Users are responsible for securing account-related credentials, including passwords, OTP codes, and other verification methods. Sharing credentials with any third party poses a risk of unauthorized access, and We shall not be held liable in such cases.

15. Validity of the Privacy Policy

a. This Policy is effective from January 16, 2025, until replaced by another updated version.

b. This Policy shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Vietnam.
