Research and analyze project requirements; study product and system specification documents.
Participate in reviewing requirements and technical documents to identify potential risks early.
Work closely with developers, BAs, and other stakeholders to fully understand requirements and ensure product quality.
Prepare quality assurance documentation before delivery to clients, including Test Plans, Test Cases, test data and environment setup, Test Reports, Requirement Checklists, Functional Checklists, and Test Scripts.
Perform various types of testing such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Usability Testing, and Security Testing.
Identify, report, and track bugs in the system.
Analyze and monitor test results, report outcomes, and ensure product/service quality before go-live.
Conduct testing, detect issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
Perform regression testing on new features/applications and identify potential impacts caused by system changes.
Maintain and continuously improve product quality and functionality.
Participate in researching and proposing improvements to product features and testing processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years (Middle/Senior level).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
Solid understanding of testing processes and techniques.
In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies (White Box and Black Box).
Preferably experienced with CRM, ERP, or SaaS systems.
Proficient in test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.
Experience testing Web, Mobile, API, and Database applications.
Experience in Performance Testing.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Ability to read and understand technical documents in English (English communication skills are a plus).
Work attitude: Proactive, enthusiastic, and cooperative.

Nice to Have (Optional):

ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Experience in automated testing.
Experience testing distributed systems or systems with microservices integration.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
