Job Description
- Research, develop, and implement backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot based on microservices architecture, ensuring system performance, stability, and scalability.
- Maintain, optimize, and upgrade existing systems to improve product quality and user experience.
- Provide technical support to team members on complex functionalities; participate in code reviews and technical assessments to ensure adherence to standards and improve overall system quality.
- Explore, experiment with, and apply new technologies and modern architectures to key projects.
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to analyze requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Serve as a key technical contributor, helping to build a robust backend foundation for long-term strategic products.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics – Informatics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using Java, preferably with Spring Boot.
- Proficient in Java Core (Collections, Concurrency, Exception Handling, Stream API, Lambda, etc.); experienced with the Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud.
- Solid understanding and practical application of software design principles: SOLID, OOP, and Design Patterns.
- Experience building and operating microservices-based systems; familiarity with RESTful APIs and gRPC is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
- Skilled in using development and management tools such as Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
- Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, or equivalent cloud services.
- Experience deploying and monitoring systems in Kubernetes environments using tools such as Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Jaeger, etc.
- Prefer candidates with experience developing end-user-facing products or having worked at startups.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to evaluate and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Proactive, growth-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
