Job Description

  • Build and take ownership of the overall product vision, product strategy, and roadmap for a SaaS or E-commerce product ecosystem in the automotive / auto parts / aftermarket domain.
  • Lead prioritization and resource allocation across multiple products and initiatives, ensuring focus on the highest business impact.
  • Act as the final decision-maker on product direction, balancing vendor needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations to build and scale stable, scalable products that fit the real operational constraints of the automotive industry.
  • Establish and maintain product governance, including roadmap planning, discovery, delivery processes, and performance measurement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst team, ensuring consistent execution and high quality.
  • Represent the Product function in executive-level meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
  • Take ultimate responsibility for product performance, including adoption, growth, operational efficiency, and vendor-driven revenue contribution.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum  years of experience in Product Management, ideally at Head of Product / Chief Product Officer level.
  • Proven experience in building, developing, and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms, preferably systems serving vendors or enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of B2B business models, supply chain, inventory management, and quotation/contract-based sales; background or experience in the automotive / auto parts / aftermarket domain is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to define product strategy, manage a product portfolio, and prioritize resources based on business goals and data.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing Product teams (PO/PM/BA).
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and the technical depth needed to work effectively with Engineering on architecture, integrations, and key technical decisions.
  • Strong product-led, data-driven mindset, with an understanding of B2B SaaS UX, and the ability to balance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to represent Product in executive leadership forums.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus; understanding of large-scale systems and microservices is an advantage.
  • Mindset or experience in applying AI / data into products.
