Analyze requirements and propose optimal business solutions for software products in the E-commerce sector.
Participate in shaping product strategies, ensuring the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders (clients, Product Owners, development teams, QA, etc.) to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements.
Provide business consultancy, assess risks, and conduct comparative analysis of various solution options.
Design business workflows, data models, requirement specifications, and software processes.
Support the creation of wireframes and prototypes to optimize user experience (UI/UX).
Mentor, support, and train Middle/Junior BAs; review documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with the development team throughout the implementation process.
Ensure the product meets all requirements and adheres to quality standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably in E-commerce, Retail, or online trading platforms.
Strong strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to view products from a holistic perspective.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficient in business analysis, technical documentation, and presenting ideas clearly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in UI/UX design, proficient with tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proven ability to mentor and coach Middle/Junior BAs.
Experience reviewing BA documentation to ensure quality standards and consistency.
