Job Description
- Analyze requirements and propose optimal business solutions for software products in the E-commerce sector.
- Participate in shaping product strategies, ensuring the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders (clients, Product Owners, development teams, QA, etc.) to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements.
- Provide business consultancy, assess risks, and conduct comparative analysis of various solution options.
- Design business workflows, data models, requirement specifications, and software processes.
- Support the creation of wireframes and prototypes to optimize user experience (UI/UX).
- Mentor, support, and train Middle/Junior BAs; review documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with the development team throughout the implementation process.
- Ensure the product meets all requirements and adheres to quality standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Experience & Skills
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably in E-commerce, Retail, or online trading platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to view products from a holistic perspective.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficient in business analysis, technical documentation, and presenting ideas clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in UI/UX design, proficient with tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to mentor and coach Middle/Junior BAs.
- Experience reviewing BA documentation to ensure quality standards and consistency.
