Job Description

  • Identify and build a pipeline of potential garages, partners, and business opportunities to provide services; target businesses or organizations with customer bases aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Segment and establish evaluation criteria to assess the potential of prospective partners.
  • Develop and propose business proposals and commercial policies tailored to different partner segments.
  • Execute appointments and meetings with clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements with partners.
  • Capture customer needs and potential business opportunities to provide strategic insights for the Product and Marketing teams to optimize product-market fit.
  • Research and stay updated on market trends and industry information.
  • Report work progress and results directly to the Business Development Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct management.

Experience & Skills

  • Educational Background: College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. A degree in Automotive Engineering is a significant advantage.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Development.
  • Preferred: Experience working with early-stage technology startups is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic office software such as Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Mobility: Willing and able to travel for business trips to various provinces.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Cognitive Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding or experience in the Automotive Service industry is a major advantage.
  • Mindset & Attitude: Highly motivated, proactive, positive mindset, and willing to embrace change.
