Job Description
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential garages, partners, and business opportunities to provide services; target businesses or organizations with customer bases aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
- Segment and establish evaluation criteria to assess the potential of prospective partners.
- Develop and propose business proposals and commercial policies tailored to different partner segments.
- Execute appointments and meetings with clients and partners.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements with partners.
- Capture customer needs and potential business opportunities to provide strategic insights for the Product and Marketing teams to optimize product-market fit.
- Research and stay updated on market trends and industry information.
- Report work progress and results directly to the Business Development Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct management.
Experience & Skills
- Educational Background: College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. A degree in Automotive Engineering is a significant advantage.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Development.
- Preferred: Experience working with early-stage technology startups is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in basic office software such as Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Mobility: Willing and able to travel for business trips to various provinces.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Cognitive Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding or experience in the Automotive Service industry is a major advantage.
- Mindset & Attitude: Highly motivated, proactive, positive mindset, and willing to embrace change.
