Analyze requirements and propose optimal business solutions for software products, especially in smart garage management and related fields.
Participate in product strategy development, ensuring the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze them, and prepare detailed business documentation.
Provide solution consulting and assess risks of different business solution options.
Design business processes, data models, software specifications, and system workflows.
Review documentation created by Middle/Junior BAs to ensure accuracy and quality.
Participate in product acceptance testing and support the development team during deployment.
Ensure the product is built according to requirements and meets high-quality standards.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
Strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset in business analysis.
Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Good communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in UI/UX with the ability to design wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and software development processes.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, BI, or HRM solutions is a plus.
Experience reviewing documentation and ensuring standards for the Business Analyst team.
