  • Working hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
  • Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 01:15 PM

Job Description

  • Operate and handle business processes related to the company’s products and services, ensuring stable, accurate, and policy-compliant operations.
  • Execute system tasks to receive, track, and distribute work requests from customers and internal departments.
  • Monitor service quality, ensuring strict adherence to company regulations, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve arising issues and propose solutions for process and system improvements.
  • Synchronize workflows between departments to ensure project timelines and service excellence.
  • Provide periodic reports on operational status and customer feedback, and offer improvement recommendations to direct management.

Experience & Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in product or service operations.
  • Technological Aptitude: Ability to quickly master and adapt to new software systems and technological products.
  • Result-Oriented: Highly proactive in achieving assigned goals and strongly committed to deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior understanding or experience in the Automotive industry is a significant advantage.
