Job Description

  • Conduct market research on products, services, and competitors in related fields.
  • Develop detailed plans for each stage of product development, including tasks, timelines, and required resources.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to define and build the company’s product development strategy.
  • Identify product requirements and features based on business strategy and user needs.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business value, user priorities, and the company’s product strategy.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitor and manage product development progress, making quick decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Adjust plans in response to arising issues to ensure timely product completion.
  • Review and evaluate developed features to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Ensure the product delivers both business value and social value aligned with the company’s direction.
  • Assess the product’s effectiveness at each testing phase and provide solutions and upgrade proposals if necessary.
  • Coordinate and act as a liaison between stakeholders, including BA team, technology, marketing, business development, and other departments, ensuring all parties clearly understand product goals and development progress.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within technology product companies, especially in areas such as e-commerce, e-wallets, SaaS; experience with car rental platforms is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates with a consistent career path in product development, strong business context understanding, and the ability to connect user needs with product strategy.
  • Experience working in internal product development environments, with direct responsibility for growth metrics, product quality, and user experience.
  • Proficient in tracking and optimizing metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and other product performance indicators.
  • Skilled in building and managing Product Backlogs, with solid knowledge of product development processes (Agile/Scrum).
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to make decisions based on real insights.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as business, engineering, operations, and customer service.
  • Ability to lead product teams, conduct market segmentation analysis, clarify user needs, and identify strategic priorities.
  • Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills to maintain control over product progress and quality throughout all development stages.
