Scrum Master

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM

• Promote and support Scrum by helping teams and stakeholders understand Scrum theory, practices, principles, and values.
• Ensure that the Scrum framework is implemented correctly and functions effectively.
• Coach the team on applying Scrum practices and values to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Guide and mentor the Scrum Team in self-organization and ownership of their work.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog.
• Facilitate Scrum events and other necessary meetings, including Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Support the team in getting work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating tasks.
• Encourage open discussion, enable decision-making, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Identify, minimize, and remove impediments that block progress.
• Provide support to the team using a servant leadership approach.
• Help the Scrum Team reach higher levels of maturity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance the adoption and impact of Scrum across the organization.

• Possess over 3 years of professional experience in the role of Scrum Master
• Having knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Working technical knowledge of the software development process – design, development, test, and deployment
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills
• Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
• Analytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impediments
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Certified Scrum Master is a plus
