Analyze requirements and propose optimal business solutions for software products, particularly in the field of Smart Garage management and related areas.
Participate in shaping product strategies, ensuring the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, and develop detailed business documentation.
Provide solution consulting upon receiving assignments and assess risks of different business solution options.
Design business workflows, data models, requirement specifications, and software processes.
Guide, support, and train Middle/Junior BAs in requirements analysis and documentation.
Review Middle/Junior BA documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
Participate in product acceptance testing and support the development team during the implementation process.
Ensure products are built according to requirements and meet high-quality standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Graduated from university or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related majors.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Senior Business Analyst or Team Leader in Accounting for software products, ERP systems, or similar platforms.
Experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance is a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Law, Accounting Standards, Circulars, Decrees, and Tax regulations.
Ability to propose solutions and demonstrate strategic thinking in business analysis.
Ability to design wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Good communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
