Middle/Senior Data Analyst

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 01:15 PM

Data Analysis & Modeling

• Develop, implement, and maintain advanced data models and algorithms to independently analyze large and complex datasets.
• Utilize statistical methods and tools to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

Programming & Data Processing

• Write efficient and scalable code using Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Implement data transformation processes (ETL/ELT) to transform and integrate data from diverse sources.

AI & Machine Learning (Optional)

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning and integrate relevant techniques into analytical solutions when applicable.

Data Integration & Management

• Understand and implement data integration methods to ensure seamless and consistent data flows.
• Handle large-scale datasets while ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and team members to design and optimize databases.

Client Interaction & Reporting

• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards, communicating complex insights in a clear and actionable way.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support informed business decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a product-led environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and dbt; experience with AWS is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Superset for data visualization.
• Proven ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with expertise in data storytelling and the ability to communicate insights effectively to non-data teams.
• Preference for candidates proficient in Python to support data processing and analysis automation.
